I provided return information as requested by you tracking # 9534615034069312116692 as of todate i have not received a refund, what seems to be the hold up. I received the item on11/06/2019 and followed the instruction give regarding the return process.I would appreciate acknowledgement of this communication. I did ask that I be given a instant credit to my account.
