I received wrong movie

I called Redbox and they explained what I needed to do to get right movie. I was able to get the right one with customer service. I enjoy getting movies from Redbox rather than than thru my direct tv. User's recommendation: I recommend Redbox .after using it once or twice most anyone can rent movies.
