I received the items, but NOT working

656287****/ I ordered Anker PowerCore Speed 10000mAh with Quick Charge 3.0 -- Black. Its broke and not working! I finally hold of a representative and explained to her how poor packages you guys sent it to me, ( both them werent in the box!) it was in the plastic bag. She said I have to provided a box and bubble wrap! Yall didnt even provided me those! I spent so much money on shopping PX ONLINE, this is first time! Please convince me is that why do I have to provided everything what yall didnt? I dont think fedex accept broke items to ship. Well thats what rep told me. Now, what can I do? I also requested her headquarters, she said no to me. I wasted my money and time for 2 junk items. Its NOT working!!! User's recommendation: Nope!
