I received mine off of Instagram and there’s no plugs to it

I didnt receive no plugs to win or the remote control I need to know how to get a hold of use to get the plugs and the remote control for it I have no way of calling use theres no way of contacting use so if someone can please email me back or contact me at 404-987-**** Debra Mitchell
