Okay I am going to advise this one more time I have been emailing your company since May 13th 2021 about a phone I received you guys absolutely refuse to email me back I don't want to hear about your damn guidelines I sure in the *** don't want to hear you tell me I need to call the manufacturer I already called the manufacturer upon your guys's direction and your guys are full of shit, manufactured stated looking at my IMEI number that these phones are shipped from Hong Kong and do not have a damn warranty through their company I have also found out that you are supposed to replace my phone that I received broken you can look on my account and clearly see no phone calls have been made since May 2021 so don't argue with me you either owe me a refund for the damn broken phone that your company sent me or new damn phone I don't know what part of that y'all don't understand but maybe it would be less of a hassle if there wasn't a language barrier. I am so frustrated right now I talked to Teddy all he kept trying to tell repeat to me is the guidelines not how he could help me but repeatedly told me six times with your guys's guidelines are I know what your damn guidelines are I followed them to a tee I received the phone on May 11th contacted you on May 13th that I'm having problems with the phone I received it broken I need a new phone I emailed you your guyses wait time is ridiculous over 3 hours long then you guys request for us to put in a call back number which I have numerous of times let me tell you that and you guys don't call back that's your *** poor customer service let me tell you something I have been in customer service for 20 years oh actually probably more than that probably about 28 years so let me tell you something I know there's a way to override something in the system if you so choose to respect your customers and make it right you're fuck.up not mine, paid with a payable credit card for a phone y'all receive the money from me right because you sent me the phone therefore I did my part as a consumer now you do your side as a business owner you give us options to contact you right chat email or call I have tried all of them got nowhere for over 2 months and then you have the balls to tell me that I don't can't get a refund or I can't get a new phone cuz it's not within the 10 business days listen to me I contacted you within two business days by email you refuse to contact me back that's not my problem this is the fifth email I have sent so let me tell you something I will report your *** so quickly to the better Business bureau and then I will report the fraud charge on my card because it is fraud when you refuse to email somebody back it is fraud when you refuse to answer your checks it is fraud when you put customers on hold for so long you ask for a call back number but yet refuse to call them back or it is fraud when you send me a broken product when you promise me one that is working in a brand new phone I didn't receive a brand new working phone I received a broken phone I don't even know if it was brand new it had all the the plastics on it but it's broken so therefore you did not fulfill your end as a business owner therefore you have two options and two options only and let me tell you something do not email me your guidelines because I will shove those guidelines up your *** the two choices you have is to either refund me my money and send me a free q Link phone or two you can send me a working q Link phone the same phone and Alcatel One that I paid for and I will happily very happily send you the broken one those are your two options you don't have an option to tell me your guidelines I followed your guidelines to a tee you did not as a business that's not me that's a you problem my phone number is 385-219-**** my name is Genesa Bowler. I'm not requesting to ask you a question I'm requesting for a solution do not send me a copy of your guidelines that is not a solution to a problem your company created now you're dealing with a pissed off customer and I will get my money back one way or another your option but I will report to my bank yes I did purchase the phone however the phone would be broken and I followed your guidelines and you will absolutely refuse to give me my money back or a new phone and I can guarantee you they will press fraud charges on you and I will get my money back so you can keep your good customer name and just fix the problem or I can do it a different way I don't care which one you choose but this will be resolved you need to email someone back or call them back you have my number my name and my email address
