I put a deposit down 5 months ago a month ago I was called and told the next day I would get a carport they called 5 different days saying they would be here the next day never showed I called the guy Steve Hawks saying I wanted my money back he said I would get it I was supposed to get it last week has not returned to my checking account.I have never dealt with any company as bad as this one in my entire life.I got tired of waiting so after Steve told me I would get my deposit back I went to harbor freight and got a carport and had it put up in 4 hours just before it snowed.when I tried to call customer service the phone hangs up as soon as I tried calling.this is a terrible company to do business.In a rating of 1 to 10 I would rate it a -10
