I purchased pest control from orkin for pest control for german roaches. I called two weeks after extermination to have someone to come back out to treat and he showed up when he wanted to. The other two times I called and made an appointment noboby showed up or even called me. I just want these issue resolved. But if this is how they run buisness, i dont know if i feel like playing games with something so important.
