I purchased a cruise on Costco travel on a 2021 Holland America Alaska land and cruise

Heres my complaint- Holland America is giving extras now for the 2021 Alaska cruise. I called Costco to discuss these new incentives.i was told because I booked online it was a final cost. If I had called Costco travel and not booked online. I would have benefited from the incentives. I was told the online booking defaults to the lowest price but if you book on the phone you have option of getting a refundable price. Not even available online! It amazes me how Costco lets you know if you order an item online and want it shipped you are told could be cheaper in the store! WHY NOT TELL THE CONSUMER ABOUT THE DIFFERENCE IN BOOKING ONLINE VERSES ON THE PHONE TO COSTCO! Who is benefiting from this practice??? Surely not the customer! User's recommendation: Terrible.
