I purchased 4 appliances from BrandsMart Refrigerator, Samsung Washer, Gas Dryer, and Frigidaire Oven.

The washer did not work after 3 loads, stopped on the 4th. The technician James changed the entire electronic board. The Gas Dryer also Samsung is not working! James the same technician claimed, the drum is rubbing against the frame, contact the retailer. The so-called customer service manager claimed Brandsmart not responsible. Noted: I purchased the extra warranty on the appliances. The Stove (Frigidaire), cuts off while uncooked food is in the oven. Three to Six time a day the timer comes on by itself. All purchases 06-07-2020 Delivered in a week. Dryer delivered within two months later. Brandsmart only selling rejected appliances! User's recommendation: Don’t go to Brandsmart.
