I purchased 12 bridal robes on 8/23. I purchased three in the store and had to order 9 which they ordered on line for me while in the store. The young lady that helped me and everyone in the store was

So helpful and kind. The box arrived, I opened it to see that it was the burgundy robes I had ordered without checking them. A few days went by, and I realized, I had not gotten my brides robe which I ordered the same night but in a separate transaction. I decided at that time, to go through the box and realized that the robesvthat I ordered were supposed to be engraved with, bridesmaid on the back and one with matron of honor. Now, at this point, I am scheduled to head out state in three days for my wedding the following week. I began to panic with a headache. I called the store that I ordered the robes from. It was around 7:30pm at this time and too late to drive the 45 minutes to the store. The next day I went to the store. I can not begin to tell you how wonderful, Maria and Meagan and Greg, the gentleman on the phone were. Maria, really advocates forbme, the customer!! I must say, regardless of which store I shopped in, Freehold, NJ, New Brunswick NJ, which is the store I purchased the robes in, and Manhattan, NY, they were great!!!! Kudos to David’s Bridal for an experience that I thought was the beginning of my wedding plans unraveling to putting me at ease. Maria, Meaghan, and Gray, I cannot thankvyou all enough for your kindness and for helping to lower my blood pressure when I thought all was lost.
