I placed an order and paid, but now they are saying there was a glitch

I ordered 2 products from zales.com on February 7th for February 12th delivery, after getting nothing but a transaction order, and it being February 12th without getting my order, I contacted the company and I was told there was a glitch in my order and I would not be getting it, so I asked if I could reorder and still get my purchase, they said yes, but as of now the items are like $35.00 more each for purchase! How convenient is this glitch to get more money for the items that were just on sale and I now have to wait to get my money back as I payed with paypal. This is so wrong! User's recommendation: Go to Kay or somewhere that honor's their price when first purchased.
