I phone trade in at Costco

Two different stories by two different employees, yesterday and today. Greg, yesterday was knowledgeable and said my I-7 could be traded in before 12/11 for $350 if not wet or broken. Todays employee not so knowledgeable, said Verizon has no trade in programs. I saw the the literature with my own eyes yesterday.
