I pay for roadside assistance through AGERO. I needed assistance with a tow and was told 4 hours or longer. They never showed up.

I have a contract with Agero through USAA. They never sent help/assistance/ tow truck in my time of need. I cancelled policy with Agero. My suggestion, cancel policy w them through auto policy and find a different company. They failed me in time of need. This complaint seems to be a common thread with Agero. Dump them! User's recommendation: Don’t trust this company to be there when you need them.
