I paid penalty for nothing

I didn’t like the website www.campusbookrentals.com. I have rented the books and the prices were ok, but when I returned it, I got the email that I returned the text book too late. I needed to pay the penalty in amount of $20. WTF? I have returned it 3 days before the due date. I wasn’t happy with this penalty and that the rep didn’t listen to my explanations. Therefore, I would like to warn other people about such situation. Be ready to pay.
