I paid for a product but did not receive it
On December 30, I made an online purchase of the Create 24/7 course (cost: $39). My bank processed the payment and made the money transfer, but the product did not reach my email. I waited a couple of days, and then I made contact with the author of the course, who could not help me and that is why I am writing to you by this means.
