I purchased a Christmas ornament for my son and his family. On the website they show a beautiful ornament that you can have personalized for the family. What I received was a cardboard cutout with personalized paint. Even that wasn't centered. This was the biggest rip-off ever. User's recommendation: This stuff is garbage.
