I ordered two weeks ago still no package no tracking

I orderd a pair of verticle doors direct bolt on for a 2006 Impala on the 1st of October it's the tenth now still no package still no tracking available reached out multiple times through there message feature I kept getting the not to worry line we working on your order so I get a email the following morning with a tracking number through the big commerce app I look up the tracking via shipping provider which was FedEx I checked online and called they said the tracking doesn't even exist
