I ordered a child's jacket and the shipping company has not received the garment. They've received the label but NOT the product. User's recommendation: Order online ONLY if you do not need your purchase prior to 2-3 weeks. I ordered on Nov 16th and today is Dec 1st. My order is STILL at the warehouse.
