I ordered eyeglasses for which I did not receive an adequate case to keep them from getting scratched.

I had to wait almost 6 weeks to get my eyeglasses and when they came they didn't have a case that would fit the glasses. When I pointed out that I could not put them into my purse because they would get scratched, they gave me two small eyeglass cases to put on each lens of which I still could not put them into my purse because both cases together were wider than my purse. I called customer service to tell them that I paid too much money not to have an adequate case and that they needed to help me get one. I called Customer Service and spoke with Megan, she basically told me that I would just have to wait until the store got more cases. My question is, why didn't Stanton Optical send a proper eyeglass case when they sent the eyeglasses? Overall, I did not like my experience with Stanton Optical, they didn't care about me as a customer they were just trying to sell eyeglasses and fulfill their quota. This was my first and last time doing business with Stanton Optical. User's recommendation: I didn't enjoy my customer service experience, I wouldn't recommend anyone I know to them.
