I ordered a squash salad at blaze in south Surrey bc. The lady asked if I’d like the pineapple dressing I said no I am allergic to pineapple. I then realized after eating quite a bit of the salad there was actually pineapple pieces that I never got informed of. I went home and had an allergic reaction all over my face and neck. I have a picture of my face shortly after. I am very upset that I never got told.
