I order 3 products one is ok but other two is not ok. one is not match my order another is damage. my order code is [protected] and [protected].

iorder three product at 01-11-2018 and recieve at date 08-11-2018. when check my product one product is same as my order but other two r not.my order name silikon cup cake mold and invisible ink pen. silikon mold shape r rose shape as i order but the shape i get normal shape and invisible ink are damage. client number not available one product is damage and another is not same as my order i want same as my product which i order.
