Hi. I liked the quality of the foods you sent out, but for several reasons (including the inevitable packaging to dispose of), which my trial period ended about a week ago, I decided to support my local Co-Op, rather than subscribe. The choices were pretty clear, I thought, and I followed your directions by choosing the no option. Today, I was shocked to see that on October 1, 2018 (yesterday) you ignored my choice and debited my credit card for a the subscription fee. This isn't a good way to introduce a service to a population of people who are food savvy and willing to pay the price. I would have recommended you to people, but now I'm not so sure. Please refund that amount to my account.
