I called on numerous occasions to Sears home services and to Sears Garage Solutions. I was initially told the owner for sears garage Solutions was out of town and would be back on Dec 16, 2020. I called on that day, then was told she hasnt returned and is expected back sometime in January 2021. Accord to the staff she is the only one who can resolve my complaint. User's recommendation: Don’t take your business to sears garage solutions. When only one person can make decisions regarding their services, the issue will just get kicked down the road.
