I NEVER RECIEVED THE PRODUCT NOR DID I RECIEVE A REFUND

I ordered a bunch of products for a total of 55 usd + shipping on july 10th. It's been more than a month and they offer no help whatsoever. I should have read their lack of return policies and terrible reviews for their costumer service online because apparently i'm not the only one affected by them.
