I purchased a border collie from Monica. I paid an extra $100.00 for papers. She told lie after lie and kept me on a trail for months continuing to promise the papers and blaming the stud owner for the hold up. One of her emails even said "I have the papers, what is your address so I can mail them to you." She would never give me the stud owners info. but after several months I finally convinced her to. When I contacted the stud owner I got a whole different story. Monica did not keep up her end of the agreement and knew all along there would be no papers. The stud owner said Monica scribbled all over the application like a child. DO NOT BUY A DOG FROM MONICA!
