I never received my items

They were supposed to call me back 7/6/2020 to return items received. Since they still haven't sent the rest of the items which is the base and pillows. They did not call me back, and I am tired of being on the phone over three hours before hanging up in anger. I have stopped payments so maybe they will get in touch with me now. I want the payment they received back and I will never do business with this company again or anyone I am affiliated with. I will also be contacting the Better Business Bureau. This is not how you do business. User's recommendation: Not to do business with this company.
