I never received my food

I ordered from checkers and as Im waiting on it to be delivered. I checked the app and it said my food was delivered. I was work security at the Hilton hotel in Memphis and my food never came there I went in the lobby to see if it got delivered in there but it hadnt. I definitely need my whole refund tip included
