When ever I call customer service I always get someone with an accent that I cant understand so Im always asking them to repeat themselves and I can tell by their tone that they get frustrated cause Im constantly asking them and still never understand what theyre saying. So I never get my questions about my phone bills answered. And I always get over charged User's recommendation: If you can understand accents you’re good.
