I need to talk to a live person!

I was denied a Target red card because of information you provided to them about my checking account! I tried to call your company today and Ikept getting a recording! It did not give me the opportunity to talk to a human being!! Apparently your company has some wrong info causing this denial to happen! I would like to get this issue corrected! Please tell me how I can speak with a live person! User's recommendation: Not very helpful.
