I am with Life Message charity in Rowlett TX. Life Message (charity) did not receive promised food from winter food drive 2018 and Super Bowl for Caring 2019. I spoke with store manager Dale several times, Carolyn Roberts (Carolyn gave me the exact number of items we were to receive) when she briefly returned from medical leave and with Robin Wilson who was to speak with Ashley Canica. I also Left a message with Alyssa at corporate who promised to email Ashley Canica. I have left many messages for each and need to speak with the person replacing Carolyn Roberts I am told.
