I need to speak to a real person regarding my membership, but can no longer find a working phone number. Have they eliminated customer service?

Tried to speak to a customer service representative as I have in the past, but I am no longer able to find a working phone number. I have questions about subscribing and eventually unsubscribing that I need answered before I give them my billing information
