I am trying to return the instyler that I bought not 30 days ago because it did not heat up well it has been impossible to contact you ... you do not have a phone number available on the web site ... everything is online and nobody responds even online x email .... it is extremely frustrating ... when they processed the order they put my husband's name wrong and when filling out the form to return it does not match ... the thing is that what bothers me most is the horrible customer service they have ... I'm still trying to return the article and I hope that when reading this at least someone from the company helps ... Alexander Carmona Rodriguez is the order placed. User's recommendation: BETTER COSTUMER SERVICE.
