I need to cancel card

I need to cancel this new credit card. When I was filling out the information through my iPhone app.I got approved however because of the one time fee I declined. Then my card came in the mail.I do not want this and I need a total.And I need to make sure that it is removed and it will not affect my credit. User's recommendation: Don’t get it.
