I need to be out of Contract of four Years

I don't know where to start with Ringcentral. If I have to choose only one sentence to describe them, I would say THEY ARE THE WORST OF THE WORST! I signed up with them in May of 2016. I had encounter connection issues from the beginning, but not too bad so the times that I called them to try to get some issues resolved. They couldn't fix App glitches etc. Any how, I learn to live with some of the issues. They're Customer service is a nightmare and the account Managers are always quitting, I don't blame them. The last thing that happened was bill related, is quarantine please don't mess with people's money. My bill went up double the amount, without any reason, as I had not made any changes on my account since I signed up four years prior. I run a small Business, and I never made any changes to account since I opened it. so, how did the bill went up double what I was paying. I was transfer to the account Manager who said she couldn't help me, and could't give me an explanation for the double increase. She told me someone in tech support needed to assist me. I was on hold for ever for a tech person who supposedly was going to fix the problem that magically appeared on my bill. However this person said that the account manager (Abba) was the one who was suppose to fix my problem, and didn't understand why she transfer me over to him. By the time he (Jason) telling me this, I have already been on the phone for 1 hours and a half, I kid you not! I then lost my patience and said how does the cancelation process go? and the guy right away transfer me to the cancellations department. The cancellations Department told me that I could not even consider leaving because I was under a contract. I could not believe my ears. I am still under a contract, even though I had been with them for four years? How is this possible? He then told me that every year they automatically lock me in to a new contract without my permission. How in the world is this even legal? The guy was like let me ask my Manager If we can waive this, left me on hold again. Came back after a while to tell me, ok it was approved you've been cancelled. I am like hello, you can't just cancel my account without warning. I am running a business. He was like, "I thought that's what you wanted" He said I already Cancelled it. I mean seriously, this is not a personal number. Is a business number, and after four years of loyalty, you do this to me without warning.There it is, this is how they do business. I hung up and was going frantic, crying and wondering how I ended up with a cancelled business line. There you have me again calling them almost crying and begging for my service back. I told the sales guy, I only ask about the procedure, I didn't ask for an immediate cancellation. All I need it was to be on a Month to Month. He refused, and said he wouldn't reinstate the account unless I was back on a contract, a year contract. At this point,I feel hopeless, God please help me! Is it too much to ask to be on a Month to Month? after four years. Is there a lawyer that can help me? any body? Any tips? User's recommendation: Run Away as fast as you can!!
