I need the refund of $213.00

I didn’t used the iron less than 1 week And is broke. They told me that they weren’t going to refund me if it broke and they were a bad customer service. The guy that sells the flat iron was very negative and very hostile. He wasn’t nice to me when he sells the item to me.
