I need support from a recent purchase

We turned in our leases in November of last year and purchased a brand new Rogue from Jeff Wyler Nissan in Louisville. The agreement was they were supposed to take care of both end of lease dues and this was not paid by the dealership. We are now in collections and getting daily calls. I have been in touch with management for months now with no resolutions and no support. This is very frustrating as our credit needs to be resolved as well. I left a message with Mr. Wyler last week and still have not received a call back.
