I need refund or yearly subscription of 399 as I upgraded to yearly subscription of Rs 1499

I upgraded to 1499 yearly subs as 399 yearly subs didn't allow me to view content on TV. Upon upgrading, on the payment page instead of deducting 1100, you deducted complete 1499. Therefore, refund me 399. Also, upon upgrading for some reason Disney Hotstar isn't installing on my tv. Please look into the matter asap Nikhila Devgun 964393****
