I've ordered a dress from (Rosewe). 4 months back.. but it shows delivered to Phim. I called customer service they said my parcel is at klia.. I told them I need second delivery They took my number n say wil cal u back to do a Second delivery 2 months back but til date I didn't received any calls n I tried to interact in ask pos.. but the question is so confusing.. n I tried caling pos laju plenty of times.. the number is not in service.. can u please help me sort this out.. I need my parcel tq. unumber is not in
