I need my money back in my reservation

Order number 122****... I made reservations through trivago.com (a service I use quite often) for the Crown Plaza Hotel in Atlanta, GA. Receipts number 1115-****...Cancelon was the 3rd party booking company. On March 23rd DUE TO COVID19 AND THE GOVERNMENT STAY AT HOME ORDER I contacted Cancelon VIA phone. I was informed by the customer service representative that the refund would come from the hotel. I called the hotel and was informed that my reservation was cancelled and that a refund was granted due to COVID19. I then tried calling Cancelon customer service again on March 30th to find that the customer service number was no longer in service. I then called on April 6, that's when this sight popped up. Cancelon still has 8 hundred and forty dollars that is owed to me. I'll keep the verification emails for my records and contact the BBB and my attorney.
