I need help with an order I don’t know if it went through I don’t know if it’s being sent I need to speak to someone

I placed this order about three weeks ago it is for yellow and white stripe outdoor cushions. I believe the order went through but I have not heard anything about the progress of this order. I am concerned that the order never happened can you please help me.
