Last night I went to an authorized retailer store in Riverside Plaza, Riverside CA and was treated so bad that I decided to handle it through Verizon customer service, like usually do and avoid disrespect and horrible customer service. User's recommendation: Good; but avoid the Authorized retailer from Riverside Plaza in Riverside California.
