I need a call back

I need to speak to a TurboTax specialist as they had filed an amended return in my account on July 15 and now I am not receiving my tax money from unemployment and its put me in a financial hardship and Ive tried every which way to get through to the IRS and I cant and I need somebody to be responsible for what they did and they shouldve done
