When I went to the airline counter before my flight, it was about 50 minutes before landing. Before me stood only 2 people and I thought that everything was in order. As it turned out, the previous passenger had some kind of error in the ticket with which the employee dealt with the registration for a very, very long time, and then completely left, despite my pleas to register me. When the issue was resolved, 28 minutes remained before my flight. The employee said that she could not do anything with ethics, in the end I had to run to their office myself and ask to resolve this situation. It seems to me that the registration employee should be more attentive to the passengers standing in front of her, and not run away in an unknown direction just before boarding, and then refuse to help in any way. Thanks to the office, I managed to get on my plane although I spoiled my nerves a little. I put 3 stars.
