I’m very disappointed.

I joined MySurvey long time ago. I have been doing surveys for them for years. Several days ago I received a message from them with a new survey, I wanted to respond, but realized that for no reason my account was suddenly inactive. I tried to contact customer support many times, and they said they could not do anything about it. They said that I can make a new account. But I want my old one, I used it for years! There is absolutely no help from them! That is very strange because this company was always great, they paid in time, customer support was a great help. It is very sad since I had thousands of point saved. I'm very disappointed.
