I’m trying to use this services for the first time but it’s impossible this service Sucks

I try to activate a new phone and a new account but its impossible it ask me to wait 20 minutes to get help and when I restart having automatic service help it ask me to wait for 20 more minutes. I have a month with this phone from this company and I hate it already User's recommendation: Do not get involved with Boost Mobile.
