On August 24, 2020 I ordered two (2) new Insite Cellular Game Cameras from Amazon. Sold by Wildgame Innovations and shipped by Amazon. I knew from the advertisement that they werent available until September 1, 2020 and after ordering, my order stated Id receive them on September 3rd. Im still waiting on September 28th! Ive contacted Amazon -who says that Wildgame Innovations will not send them more cameras- please be patient!!! Wait- it gets better- a few days after ordering these cameras I went to show a friend on Amazon. The price I ordered them for was $99.97. A great price for a new offering from W. I. When I showed my friend, the price had jumped up to $159.99! Apparently W.I. realized the $99.97 price was a price too low. Then the cameras completely disappeared from Amazon site. On September 3rd I got a message from Amazon asking if I still wanted my order- as it was delayed indefinitely! I stated yes, I wanted my cameras. I contacted Amazon again ( second time) and again was told it was a problem with W.I. Ive now called-as of today- Wildgame Innovations not once, not twice, but THREE times attempting to get my cameras. The website shows them in stock- but for the price of- wait for it.,,,$179.99!!!! What is going on here!!??? Im very disappointed in this company. All I get when I call- (which goes to overseas offices)- is Ill pass this on to my supervisor and theyll get back with you. I cant speak to a manager, or a sales agent or an Amazon sales rep from W.I. because they are apparently in the states and they are all working from home and communicating via email.
