I’m not pleased that much

It’s one of my most unfortunate events to deal with a financial company lately. We’ve been through several years of positive working experience and now I have to stop working with their online service because of the lack of online support from the management. In the beginning, I never had any trouble resolving the payment issues. At present, have to spend hours and days trying to get in touch with the personnel to get my money back and specify the info about the refunded money. I hope the service gets more informative and intuitive. Besides, I need 24/7 contact with the online management in case if I experience an unexpected situation.
