I’m done with Isabella Catalogue

I purchased a lot from this company Isabella Catalogue and never had any issues with them. Unfortunately things did not go so well with my last order and that changed my mind about Isabella Catalogue. I received an incorrect item and wanted to return it but they refused to accept any returns. I never had problems with returning item but this time they did not give me a chance. I'm very disappointed with their service and customer unfriendly attitude. I'm done with this site.
