I’m discussing and disappointed

I have never had this problem shopping online I purchased an item for a birthday present on 26 May no item received no one can give a correct answer Ive asked for a refund and Ive only got the next day delivery refund and just gotten the runaround I would like my money back and just be done with all this rubbish I wont be shopping again Ive also now learned that a couple of my friends have had issue as well similar issues dating back from December Had I known I wouldnt even bother to even look on the site honestly Im only finding out now because Im talking and Ive been Looking at some of the reviews .SleleftFrolOthersothersothercustomers customers User's recommendation: Don’t not shop.
