My name is Ruth and very disappointed with this company. I signed up with elite singles when there was a promotion going for premium membership. I paid £48 but before the date expired I decided to cancel the the renewal, however I have noticed that this company has taken £59 from my account that I did not authorise. On account management one is able to cancel the renewal but somehow they manage to again automatically take money out. This is not acceptable. I need my full refund back. It is wrong and misleading people.
